Meeting with the client

Today was.. I don't know? Kind of productive, though I could've done a lot more if Adobe Illustrator ACTUALLY listened to me and worked along which it does not believe me it's such an annoying program it will be the death of me.

Anyway, we started today with a daily scrum meeting, for the second time in three weeks. So that shows how daily it really is, I guess! But that is not my responsibility and I shouldn't be as stressed out about it as I really am.

Afterwards, we did this game in which we tried to sort out our priorities, but I got in a conflict with one of the project members so I quit because I didn't feel like actually fighting. I mean, I know she doesn't exactly like me, but geez.. That was totally uncalled for. Let's not get into that too much, however.

When I quit the game, I just started to make an actual base body for our character. That was a lot of work, considering AI is really a horrible program to work with. I didn't get a chance to make her any clothes, either, because then we had to go and meet the client. Which gave us some feedback, but was mainly really positive about our concept! :D

She thought we should make different endings and really think about the user interface, and that it was a great idea to have a little garden in which the players could gather their ingredients. I'm glad she was so positive because wow was I afraid that she was going to think it was horrible, especially after the disaster of Friday.

After that, I tried to design the character's clothes and give her some colours, but honestly it didn't work out the way I wanted. I now do have a skin color and hair, but it's not added together yet and I can't figure out how to make nice clothes in Illustrator. So I guess I'll be working on that tomorrow! That's all for today :).
